Two buildings separated from the other buildings of the farm and functionally independent, made up of:
- 1 building of "family suite" type (bedroom + living room: 40m2; 2beds); hall; bathroom (tube + shower), fully equipped kitchen - 14m2, pantry;
- 1 building of "one-room apartment" type: double bed room + bathroom (shower) + terrace.

Rent Period: all year long (including Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter)

Location of the house

The Borlea house is located in the village of TEBEA at an altitude of 300m in a depression area with a beautiful landscape and a temperate climate.

The house, a well-organized farm made up of a few buildings is well maintained and functional. With a direct access to the road, the farm is surrounded by a verdant garden and gentle hills going up to the Apuseni Mountains.

Access:
by car: - from the town of Deva* on the national road DN76 (40km);
- from the town of Oradea on the national road DN76 (150km);
* Deva can be reached on national or European roads from: Bucharest, Sibiu, Cluj, Arad, Timisoara, Iasi

by train: Deva can be reached by train from Bucharest, Sibiu, Cluj, Arad, Timisoara, Iasi and from Deva transport by car can be arranged by the host - the Borlea Family

by plane: - to the international airports of Bucuresti, Cluj, Timisoara, Sibiu. From these locations Tebea can be reached by train or by car, as shown above.
